What locations do you ship to?

 We package in our home state of Oklahoma & ship orders all over the United States.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing orders that are in-stock. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 1-3 business days for in-stock items and 7-21 days for out of stock. All orders are shipped via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier or later. Please allow extra time for product delivery due to additional factors such as delays beyond our control such as power or WIFI outages, peak season, holidays, backorders, distance, customs, natural disasters, postal delays and/or shipping strike. We appreciate your patience!

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

If your package is long overdue or you think it may be lost in the mail, you should contact your local post office and request that a parcel tracer action be initiated to locate it.
